The procedures we offer.

We offer all breast surgery procedures, all excecuted after thorough planning and focused on best outcomes.

Breast Uplift (Mastopexy)

A breast uplift reshapes and raises the breasts, removing excess skin and lifting the tissue to restore a firmer position. It is often chosen after pregnancy, breastfeeding or weight change, with the aim of a natural, balanced shape.

Breast Reduction

Breast reduction reshapes and reduces excess tissue, fat and skin to create a lighter, more proportionate result for women.

Gynecomastia Surgery

In men, gynecomastia surgery reduces enlarged breast tissue to create a flatter, more defined chest.

Breast Asymmetry Correction

Few breasts are perfectly matched, but noticeable differences in size or shape can affect comfort and confidence. Surgery gently adjusts one or both breasts to improve balance, always working around your natural proportions.

Breast Implant Removal

Implants can be removed, with or without replacement, whether for personal preference, discomfort or a change over time. Care is taken to preserve healthy tissue and restore a natural, comfortable shape.

+ Quick answers

Frequently asked questions.

How much are breast implants?

The cost depends on the type of implant, the surgical approach and your individual treatment plan, so there is no single fixed price. After your consultation, you will receive a clear, itemised estimate covering the procedure, aftercare and follow-up, with no obligation to proceed.

What is breast augmentation?

Breast augmentation is surgery to increase or reshape the breasts, usually using implants or, in some cases, your own fat. It can restore volume lost after pregnancy or weight change, improve balance between the breasts, or enhance shape, always planned around your natural proportions.

How long does a boob job last?

Results are long-lasting, though not always permanent. Implants do not have a fixed expiry date, but they may need replacing or revising after many years, and the breasts continue to change naturally with age, weight and lifestyle. Your surgeon will talk you through what to expect over time.

What is breast enlargement?

Breast enlargement is another term for breast augmentation, surgery to increase the size or fullness of the breasts. It can be tailored to a subtle or more noticeable change, depending on your goals and what suits your frame.

What is a breast job?

"Breast job" is an informal phrase for cosmetic breast surgery in general. It can refer to augmentation, a breast uplift, reduction or reshaping. At a consultation, we help you understand which specific procedure matches what you are hoping to achieve.

Can you get a boob job on the NHS?

Purely cosmetic breast surgery is not usually available on the NHS. It may be considered in specific medical circumstances, such as significant asymmetry or reconstruction after cancer surgery. For cosmetic reasons, treatment is generally arranged privately.

Can you get breast implants on the NHS?

In most cases, no. The NHS may provide implants where there is a clear medical or reconstructive need, for example after a mastectomy, but implants for cosmetic enlargement are normally a private procedure.

How does a breast lift work?

A breast lift, or mastopexy, raises and reshapes the breasts by removing excess skin and lifting the tissue into a firmer, higher position. It does not significantly change breast size, so some patients combine it with augmentation or reduction depending on their goals.

What is cosmetic breast surgery?

Cosmetic breast surgery covers procedures chosen to improve the shape, size, symmetry or position of the breasts. It includes uplift, reduction, asymmetry correction and implant removal, each planned around your body, comfort and confidence.

Is a breast reduction considered cosmetic surgery?

It can be both. A breast reduction is often carried out for medical reasons, such as relieving back, neck and shoulder pain, but it also improves shape and proportion. Whether it is classed as cosmetic or medical can affect insurance cover, so it is worth confirming with your provider.
